History Established in 1998. Our first Jimmymacs was built in Renton, WA in 1998. We brought the "Roadhouse" concept to Washington State. We are the place you can throw peanut shells on the floor. We make everything in our kitchen from scratch. We researched Texas Roadhouse concepts before we designed and built our Washington Roadhouse. If you want steak this is where to go
Food is awesome.. But we just happened to tell the waitress it was also my husband birthday. Seemed everyone there was having a birthday and they came out singing with an ice cream sundae.. Get the check and we were billed for said sundae even though we never asked for this special birthday treat...

Best steakhouse ever!!!! The crawfish chowder and crab cakes are AMAZING!!! The steak is phenomenal, and always cooked to perfection!
Best ribeye I've ever had.
We tried to get in on Sat but it was just too crowded, so we came back today Sun. And it was a good experience, both food and service. Family of five dinner, so I got to nibble on a little bit of everything including a strawberry Margarita which was fantastic. In short one can say it's a well managed version of the Texas Roadhouse that we were used to.
