I tried to place an online catering order to no avail. Their system kept asking to press and hold. I called the store. The employee stated that he never heard of such a problem, and that he would talk to his manager. I called again. The same employee stated this time that maybe I was out of their range. I just went to this location for lunch after having a bad experience elsewhere. I was promptly greeted by manager and my order done within a few minutes. Customer service in the city has really gone downhill since lock down so I was pleasantly surprised by my encounter here. I can't remember if I got the manager's name but he was absolutely friendly and welcoming.The shop was also very clean and I loved the chalkboard! A+ Keep up the good work.

This Jimmy John’s is such a great location! Small but the staff is super friendly, the place is very clean and the sandwiches are delicious! I will definitely be coming back - if you work in center city it is a very convenient and tasty option for lunch!!
