Waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru for a little John (basically half a sandwich) When I asked the drive thru attendant (who was very pleasant) how much longer it would take, a sandwich maker flew to the window, pushing him out of the way, and told me to calm down because it was the “lunch rush” and they weren’t able to give me a time table since they were so busy. Then while the window was still open, he walked away saying obscenities. This is not my first bad experience at this location. Do not spend money here.
It may be an off day, but this experience is not what I remember of Jimmy John's. Delivery took an hour unlike their normally super fast deliver speed, and the sandwich was very bland. I couldn't taste the seasoning, the mayo, the oil and vinegar. Very disappointed. That said, I got a drink I didn't order. Sorry whoever didn't get their drink!
If you want your sub the same day day make sure you order it the day before. Slowest Jimmy John's ever
Every time I order through the Jimmy John’s app, I always ask to get my sub cut in half, maybe one time out of 10 it will get cut in half. Update. They still ain’t cutting it in half. I guess no one there can read. Even the name. I put cut in half. First world problems
