Ordered delivery and this Jimmy John’s is 4 min away from me, tell me why it took them 40 min to order it? Put me in a bad mood.
Waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru for a little John (basically half a sandwich) When I asked the drive thru attendant (who was very pleasant) how much longer it would take, a sandwich maker flew to the window, pushing him out of the way, and told me to calm down because it was the “lunch rush” and they weren’t able to give me a time table since they were so busy. We rolled in with 2 minutes to close! The staff was as positive, friendly and welcoming to us just as if we were the first customers of the day! Food was delicious! Thank you!!
