Was surprised at what exceptional service could be provided at a "fast-food" type of establishment! We came to Jimmy John's because we're from Michigan and they're everywhere there - we were so happy to find one here in SC! The older gentleman (you'll know who I'm talking about, he's the only employee over 20!) was SO kind, yet extremely genuine. The employees were celebrating a birthday of a co-worker and gave my kids some of the birthday cake - it was so sweet of them!
