They apparently didn't go to Jimmy John's sandwich school. Bread was cut through on all 4 sandwiches and they didn't take the middle part of the bread out. Turns out, this makes the sandwiches really bad. I basically threw away a 50 dollar order because it was terrible food. I have never heard of a bad Jimmy's until today. Boo.
Solid JJ experience.
I ordered 5 subs in the store as a to go order. 2 of the subs didn’t have cheese, super annoying that a main staple in the #11 was missing. Mr. Dewayne took our order but just stared at me with 0 spoken communications except “it didn’t process” speaking about the credit card processing screens. That was all the communication we had. The lady who was making the sandwiches at least greeted and acknowledged us when we walked into this empty JJ shop. The sandwich I had left a lot to be desired. The bread was soft, but the sandwich itself was bland, no flavor at all.
Freaky slow service. Tried to get subs for the beach. Ended up waiting 30 minutes with only 3 other people in the restaurant. Dude in the drive-thru was there for a while too.
