Came in about an hour or so ago and the ladies were so sweet and kind. Sandwich was perfection and I really enjoyed the service.
If I could give zero stars I would. The management and owners are the most unfriendly people I have ever met. Went today with my 2 year old son and was told I couldn’t customize my regular sub to have half the sandwich without condiments. They told me I would have to buy a giant sub and not be cheap. Never going back here again.
Always get my order wrong and refuses to fix it
I ordered online for drive through pickup, upon arriving, I waited in the drive through behind someone for 10 minutes, I ended up backing out and sitting in parking lot for another 10, went inside and was not greeted, stood there for a bit when there was no one in there- only one car in the drive through. I have given this location too many chances, only because I do not have many lunch options near my office. A month ago I placed a mobile order however it was not ready when I arrived. Only the female owner was there, trying to handle all orders- mobile, in dining room and drive thru. While doing multiple tasks, she was wearing a pair of gloves, the same gloves to make food, work on register, make drinks and handle money- the same gloves.
