There are no adequate words to describe the abysmal customer service I received today. I placed an order for delivery. Approximately an hour and half after the order was placed, I attempted to make contact to check on the eta of our order. Our call went unanswered as were the four other calls I placed. After no answer I finally went to the store to pickup the sandwiches myself. At the time of my arrival my sandwiches hadn’t been started. Forgot my order and sandwich had no chicken in it
I really enjoy their subs they are very good especially the Italian
Late afternoon and the family decided they were in the mood for subs. Jimmy John’s was close by so we went to this location to place our order. With family members in the restaurant business, the first thing we noticed about the shop was how immaculate and well tended it was. The sandwiches had very fresh vegetables and meats - that after eaten the sandwiches at home, we called the store to thank them for such a delicious meal.
