I have tried way to many times to like this place. The customer service is worse then one star. I just dont understand how they can still be in business after the crap food and service. You want a quick sandwich dont go there. 20 minutes in line! 20 minutes to get one sub. Dont bother going on your lunch break. I wont be back
Jimmy John’s crushed it today like they always do
If I were you don’t come to this location they are infested with bee’s, flies and aunts… and they do absolutely nothing about it but put fly traps up in the store… not to mention there veggies are supposed to be fresh daily and they prep veggies from the night before… save yourself the trip and go to the next location 🫤
This location has usually been great but not today. Waited 15 minutes in an empty drivethru because of a shift change during lunch time. Had to repeat my order several times despite a quiet environment and me enunciating and projecting my voice. I said extra crispy onions. He repeated that back to me including the word crispy. They handed me my soda with a straw already in it lol. Like did you touch the end going in my mouth or the end in the drink? Then I got home and realized my order had extra regular onions.
