This place is always super understaffed so you'd be lucky to get your sandwich within a half hour at best, if they even let you put an order in. And on top of that the standards are super low and sloppy. Just drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the Jimmy John's on Calumet/Kensington, this manager doesn't care about your customer experience at all.
Place is terrible. It’s slow they ignore the customers at the counter. Just the worst jimmy John’s all around.
Waited a hour i ordered and paid asked for a refund he told me he was too busy. I left I would take ur business elsewhere absolutely ridiculous
