I ordered two sandwich the cashier only heard one and didn’t confirm my order nor gave me a receipt. He combined both my orders in one. When I went back to order the second sandwich he did not apologize nor say anything regarding the incident. His overall customer service was poor.

I have been going to this Jimmy John's since it opened. Probably 100 times for myself and others in our office. I've had both delivery and pick up. Sometimes I want to get out of the office so today I ordered 2 sandwiches and noted "ASAP" pick up which is the fastest possible. I left my office about 10 minutes after I ordered as the store is literally 3-4 minutes away. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by someone and I said "pick up for Tom". I love this place and I’m surprised it doesn’t have more positive reviews. I go here about 1-2 times per week and have a pretty specific order; sometimes I change it up, but they always get it right. This place is clean and the employees are always friendly. I’m so grateful to live close to this Jimmy John’s location.
I love ordering a beach club sandwich at this location. The drive-thru service is always a pleasant visit. Keep up the good work. 👍
