I stopped for lunch around 12:30 on 10 Oct 2025. I received very friendly (and FAST) service along with a recommendation on how to order the sandwich I wanted to get the best price. Great job, everyone!
Thank you Alex for 5 star service even though I came in 3 minutes before closing time!!! I used my birthday #FREEBIE in the Jimmy John's app. I got freaky five star service and freaky fast food! Sandwich was fresh and delicious and filling. Restaurant was clean and quiet.
I ordered two sandwich the cashier only heard one and didn’t confirm my order nor gave me a receipt. He combined both my orders in one. When I went back to order the second sandwich he did not apologize nor say anything regarding the incident. His overall customer service was poor.

I have been going to this Jimmy John's since it opened. Probably 100 times for myself and others in our office. I've had both delivery and pick up. Sometimes I want to get out of the office so today I ordered 2 sandwiches and noted "ASAP" pick up which is the fastest possible.
