I placed an order for delivery and called to check on it after 30min and was told it would be there soon. Great! After another 30min, called again and was told it had been delivered, which it had not. The call somehow got disconnected, and I received another phone call from a Good Samaritan who informed me that my order had been delivered to their house, which was approximately 20min away from my address. They're on point with building sandwiches per your order. That's the high point of this review. What I don't like is their recent online pick up shelf that's right near the enter/exit door. Who thought that was a good idea? Anyone can just easily take pickup orders. Used to be near the employees for them to give to you. I also don't like an employee making me look like a fool instead of simply saying "oh your pick up is on the shelf behind you" vs "maybe you should check that shelf".
