Don’t ever order a lettuce wrap from this location. They simply do not know how to wrap it correctly. Two different employees tried to make my lettuce wrap and both times it was open face, with the toppings just laying on a piece of lettuce. I’ve been to several other locations and have never had a problem. This has happened to me twice at this location. Employees were visibly frustrated behind the counter trying to attempt making the lettuce wrap and then just gave up.
Hair in sandwich, soggy lettuce place my order wrong. Give me attitude never come to this jimmy johns
The only reason this is receiving more than one star is because the employee, Jonas. On 12/15 we volunteered in the kitchen at the Ronald McDonald House in DSM all day and my husband and I needed to grab some food before heading home with our infant that had gotten crabby after the long day and 50 minute care ride. It was 18 minutes before closing and when I entered I did ask to make sure it was okay that I still ordered because I have worked in the food industry before and I know how frustrating it can be to order before cl... read more
