I arrived at 9:30pm and they immediately turned off their lights. I came here after Subway locked their doors with the open sign on (also open until 10pm). Thanks for also providing in me awful service. I also just watched one of the workers walk up and lock their doors Jimmy John’s doors.

We order Jimmy John's and pick it up every Tuesday after a long day of work, school, and dance! We ABSOLUTELY love the Tuesday night crew at the Floyd Blvd location! They are ALWAYS friendly and the food is ALWAYS perfect! We enjoy the great service and delicious food after a long day!

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered over an hour ago and after waiting forever I called 45 minutes in to see what was going on. I was told they see my order and that it had just finished being made and would be going out for delivery. Then about 10 minutes later I finally get a notification saying it’s “out for delivery”… except it’s now been over an hour since then and still nothing. When we called again, they said the driver has 8+ deliveries, which is why it’s taking so long. If one driver can’t handle that many ord... read more

Usually, my experience of the shop is really good. I ordered the same thing I always get which is the Giant Billy club with no mustard and no tomatoes. Thankfully, I’ve double checked my sandwich because there were tomatoes on it. Glad I checked as I’m allergic to them. It just sucks I didn’t get to eat the sandwich I paid for as I already was very far away from Jimmy John’s when I checked.
