Fix your hours. Says open until 10 when clearly not
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered over an hour ago and after waiting forever I called 45 minutes in to see what was going on. I was told they see my order and that it had just finished being made and would be going out for delivery. Then about 10 minutes later I finally get a notification saying it’s “out for delivery”… except it’s now been over an hour since then and still nothing. Usually, my experience of the shop is really good. I ordered the same thing I always get which is the Giant Billy club with no mustard and no tomatoes. Thankfully, I’ve double checked my sandwich because there were tomatoes on it. Glad I checked as I’m allergic to them. It just sucks I didn’t get to eat the sandwich I paid for as I already was very far away from Jimmy John’s when I checked.
