The worst Jimmy John's around the manager has a bad attitude
Subs are not fast as promised! Just ordered delivery and they said 20-30 minutes and I am 3 minutes away from them if that! Thanks but if that's the case, I'd rather order pizza.
Crown point Jimmy John's is the worst one I've ever been to. No one greeted me, no one said goodbye. Got home to eat my sandwich and the bread was as hard as a rock, not to mention the tomatoes were so teeny tiny, they looked like cherry tomatoes.
I really love your guys' food when you don't get the order wrong. Regardless of how I order, online or over the phone, it's almost always wrong in one way or another. It's like your staff can't read. Out of the numerous times my coworkers and family members have ordered from this location, I can only count a handful of times where the sandwiches were made how we ordered them. Fast shouldn't compromise quality or accuracy. If I performed my job with the same level of integrity, I'd be unemployed.

I don't understand it. Someone from our office orders Jimmy John's at least once a month. Yeah they're fast but if I order a sandwich, it's ALWAYS wrong! Of course I placed an order today for a turkey and bacon on 7 grain bread, no mayo! It was delivered with Mayo. Last time I ordered it they gave it to me on the wrong bread. The time before that it had no cheese. It never ends. I've complained each time to a manager and I'm either offered a free sandwich or a cookie!
