Just canceled my order after an hour and ten minutes of waiting. Manager didn’t even care, no apology.

Learn how to make sandwiches correctly that you offer on the menu. have the management learn better customer service skills. Also, the delivery time of over 45 minutes I do not consider freaky fast. had ordered a pizza and it was delivered before the two veggies subs. I say freaky sad.

We love jimmy johns. Since the Main Street one is closed, we have been going to the broadway location. Terrible service!! Employees are so unfriendly. Ordered 3 sandwiches last week, one was free with my rewards. The free one was supposed to be ham and cheese. The employees pieced together different breads and slapped 1 piece of cheese on it, no ham, just 1 piece of cheese. Terrible!!!! Won’t be going there anymore.

Worst service ever! Ordered a Roast Beef Little John and I only got one slice of Roast Beef, no lettuce, hardly any cucumbers and mayo! No napkins and the delivery driver wanted me to meet him outside to get my food. I cannot leave my job without going thru temp checks again and I cannot leave until my shift is done, plus he left it at the wrong place, ignoring the directions and instructions on the order form! I will not be ordering from this location again!

RecommendedYesterday was the first time my daughter had Jimmy Johns at the age of 5. We do not frequent restaurants due to her severe food allergies. I decided to put my trust into Jimmy Johns which is hard to swallow. When I advised the cashier my daughter had a severe dairy allergy he immediately notified his staff that was on the assembly line. They immediately changed all their gloves, got new knives out, and placed paper all down the assembly line to ensure a safe work space. Apparently the "issues" people have pointed out have been addressed. I ordered a large quantity of sandwiches and condiments and whatnot. Not only was the order "spot on" the sandwiches were fresh, delicious, and ready to be picked up when they said so. Nothing but kudos to this establishment and its management/workers. Thank you for great service and quality for a guy visiting from California for a wedding.
I love jimmy johns. There isn't one where I live, so I drive a half hour to get to the crown point location. Purchased 5 sandwiches. All were terrible. Bread was hard/stale. Bacon was so tough I could chew it, tomatoes were smallest I've ever seen on a sandwich. Was not a happy camper.

I ordered 45 minutes ago and am still waiting.. I called 20 minutes ago to check if the address was right it which it was, and was told it will be there soon. It's a Tuesday, if it's busy tell me don't bullshit me.
