AWFUL PLACE AWFUL BODY SHOP...IDIOT OWNER AND EMPLOYEES. They did an awful job on a small repair, broke more things than fixed, and took over two months! Then, they called us a year later saying we owed them money for something they had broke while doing the repairs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE JERKS!
LOW LIFE Don't waste your time. Rude, Horrible! Brought in my car for a Fender Bender. He charged the insurance Company $2100 for the repair, then sent a supplement of $3500 for additional repairs 5 days later. Things he supplemented for were at the back of the vehicle, not any part of the front bumper where original damage was located. He kept stalling every time I called about the vehicle. It will be ready in another week he says. Now I find evidence that my car was repaired for something that happened while at his shop, w... read more
Great Experience Jimmy is GREAT to work with! I have had two vehicles taken to Jimmy and he went to bat for me when the insurance companies wanted to get out of paying for damages. I have been recommending Jimmy to everyone I know and appreciate someone who isn't "in bed" with the insurance companies! Thanks Jimmy!
unprofessional We had a very disturbing experience at this body shop. The owner himself was very unprofessional, rude, used very bad language and refused to complete a job he had started and had promised to make right. I hope nobody ever has to experience what we did. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!!
excellent service They were outstanding helping me with my claim and working with me on all aspects! I will continue to use their services and think that they were on my side from the beginning to end.
Terrible experience Absolutely terrible experience. This shop had my vehicle for four months, and when I got it back, numerous things that the insurance had paid for were not repaired. They threw parts away that weren't broken, cut wires, left wires unplugged, my airbags wouldn't work if I were involved in another accident because they didn't put a wiring harness back in it, my front axle pops and makes me nervous to drive it now. Horribble attitude/self absorbed. Horrible shop. The owner is so anti-insurance that he cant even work with the adjuster without cussing? I have had the misfortune of having other car wrecks and have some knowledge of body shops, adjusters, insurance contracts. This shop is so irrogant that they will not even repair the vehicle with parts that have a life time guarantee cause they are not OEM.
