Jimmy Ritchie, Brent Allen and Kelly Ritchie are some of the best people to work with and have your home appraised by. Jimmy is and has always been extremely fair. If you had a low appraisal and can support a higher value, they are all willing to revisit and review. Honest, straightforward and ethical.

Professional communication, on time for appointments, great to work with all around. Fast turnaround as well. Really appreciate doing business with them and would absolutely recommend.
