Called to schedule an appointment, they acted as if I was burdening them by doing so. Take you business to someone who actually appreciates it.
Arrogant mansplainer. I think some doctors forget that their patients have advanced degrees and experience taking care of their own bodies. I found it ironic that when I told him I found an oil that worked to fix my debilitating dry eye, he insisted that wasn’t the case, then he gave me dry eye drops with flax oil. Go figure. Why would you want to go to a doctor who gives off the energy that his patients are stupid? The receptionist is Roz from monsters inc. I liked the nurse assistant, she was really kind.

Best Optometrist and office! They're so welcoming, helpful, and efficient. I never have to wait to see the Doctor. Dr. Cheng takes his time to thoroughly examine you, answer any questions you have, and really makes it a personalized consultation. It's also super easy to book with them. They genuinely seem to care about their patients. Highly recommend this office!
