One of the best Mexican restaurants in San Diego! Jimmy Carter's Mexican Cafe is one of the best Mexican restaurants in San Diego! Everyone I take there loves it. The chicken burrito is awesome, as are the enchiladas and the pork tamales. You really can't go wrong here if you're looking for good food. The place is simple, not fancy, but the food is the best!
