Jim was the best. Patient, knowledgeable, and tireless in his efforts to place my wife and me in our new apartment. While we had ups and downs in the long process, including finding the right place, bidding and negotiating the contract and during the drawn out process of obtaining and finalizing financing, Jim never faltered. Buying or selling property at this time in Brooklyn is a complicated and emotionally trying process. Jim was the perfect guide, level-headed and compassionate. Highly recommended.
