Without JIm we would not have gotten our house. He knew exactly what to bid, when to budge, what to concede. His knowledge of the local market is unprecedented, He is also honest and straightforward and seeks to find the perfect place for you-- not just out to make a quick sale. I cannot recommend his serviced highly enough.

My partner and I have worked with Jim on two occasions: once to sell an apartment in Brooklyn and, more recently, to find a new apartment. In both scenarios, Jim has been polished, responsive, knowledgeable, and unflappable (this most recent experience had some real twists and turns associated with it) and fun to work with. We heartily recommend Jim--and intend to engage his services again if and when we need them!

My husband and I were ready to make a lifestyle change and sell our Brooklyn apartment to move out of state. Jim was patient and kind, explaining the market, the area and what he felt we needed to do to make the apartment sell at the highest possible price. Jim was the best. Patient, knowledgeable, and tireless in his efforts to place my wife and me in our new apartment. While we had ups and downs in the long process, including finding the right place, bidding and negotiating the contract and during the drawn out process of obtaining and finalizing financing, Jim never faltered. Buying or selling property at this time in Brooklyn is a complicated and emotionally trying process. Jim was the perfect guide, level-headed and compassionate. Highly recommended.
