There only superlatives to describe Jim Winters. A true listener, an incredibly skilled negotiator, and a very experienced real estate agent, he only has your best interest at heart. Transparent, tough but fair he makes often challenging real estate transactions seem easy and without drama. My mom and I were VERY please with Jim as our broker. My parents owned their Crown Heights limestone/brownstone for nearly 40 yrs. Jim made sure the hours of showings didnt interfere with my mothers daily routine. He didnt want her to be overwhelmed especially at her age or nearly 80 yrs old. He got us the best price and had the house staged BEAUTIFULLY!!

We had our condo on the market for some time trying to sell. Once we finally got into contract with a qualified buyer, the deal started to fall apart.
