My husband and I own our own businesses and pride ourselves in customer service. We were looking for larger trees and went to several Rochester garden nurseries. The customer service was not good and since we were not helped we went onto the next place ending up at Jim Whitings. We were very pleased with the friendly service we received on arrival.
