Great service every year with our Christmas tree!
I have been in the "learning process" for gardening for several years, managing to kill a few plants along the way. Last summer I stopped for the Independence Day Sale and purchased a number of perennials, all of which are now strong and healthy plants! The customer service was also great and I was actually guided as what to put where in my garden. I will certainly be back!!
We recently used Whitings to landscape our backyard. Chris, the designer, was great, as were the tree and landscape crews. Our yard looks beautiful, and the trees and plants are healthy! We will be back for more!
I just had 4 trees planted and I couldn't be more pleased! Jim was a great help picking out trees and the crew that came out to plant them were awesome! They were very respectful of the property and a pleasure to work with. I will certainly be back to pick out some more beautiful plants and trees from your nursery :) I would highly recommend Jim Whiting Nursery. The pricing is competitive and the selection is great.
I started this project first week of August. I did not get a bid until sept 14. It’s now sept 25 and I do not have any plants. All I needed was a design and a bid and deliver the plants. Little to no effort for customer service. If you need landscape design I would look elsewhere
We worked with Jim picking out trees. Although he was knowledgeable, our overall experience was less than desirable. Felt rushed to pick trees and that Jim didn't have time for us, even though there were only maybe 3 other customers in. Got very conflicting instructions from him and the man that rung us up at the counter. were never told a date that our trees would be planted but got a phone number and after a week of waiting, attempted to contact the man to plant our trees numerous times. Won't use your nursery after seeing how you park. Think twice before parking like a moron when your truck has advertising on it. Taking up 4 spaces and leaving your dog in the vehicle while you have dinner is ridiculous!
