Kent did take the time out to try and get me in a car. Although, it took days to hear back about an answer if I were approved or not. It wasn't his fault that I needed a co signer and couldn't find one. I thought having a down payment would help but it didn't. When I left the original review be took the time out to call and find out what happened. If he's gonna get suspended then suspended the 5/6 guys that repeatedly walked past my grandpa and I and didn't bother to speak a word to us or see if we needed help or anything.
Went in hoping for a loan for used walked out with a NEW car with a favorable interest rate thanks to some hard work from the finance department. Although Martin is a Toronto Leafs fan we won't hold that against him since he did a good job!
My saleman jeff schwartz was fantastic and surpassed all my expectations!!! Everyone at Jim white honda was very pleasant and kind.

Visited the service department for the 1st time due to a recall noticed that I received. I was told the repair would take 1.5 hours and I even arrived 20 minutes early. 3 hours and 20 minutes later the service was complete. No one ever came to talk to me to say so sorry it's taking a little longer than expected and there was no apology when I was given my keys back.
