I sent my daughter in there for an oil change and tire rotation, $77.00 later she leaves. Charged for 5 quarts of synthetic oil to the tune of $31.50. So basically a $57.00 oil change and a $20.00 tire rotation. Not what I had in mind when I sent her in there. Why synthetic oil? I called and no one would answer and I could not leave a message for service. The multi point inspection sheet was not completed and there was no shop rate on the RO that I could see. I've been buying/leasing Hondas from Jim White Honda since 2003. Other than the salesmen being a little tough with their deals, the people there have been great, the cars have been relatively trouble free, and the maintenance has been superb. My last purchase was a CPO Civic Si, and it is one sweet machine. My next car will be a Civic "M" if available in the USA.
I purchased my certified used Honda Odyssy from Jim White and haven't regretted it! The sales staff was attentive and the service and parts departments are knowledgeable. I will definitely buy my next vehicle here.
I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord from Tony Obeid at jim White Honda with 5 miles on it; three years later and the transmission goes out, $5500 repair and no options or help is offered. Even after having it replaced I am offered no explanation by Honda as to what occurred as I am sure they did a post-mortem on the transmission. Honda also offered no assistance although in talking to them I did find out my car had a repair prior to my purchasing it...that would have been nice to know about up front.
