I will never be back was in appx 2 weeks ago looking at cars granted it was busy, was trying to ask questions about a car in the lease returns, got ignored for over 20 minutes finally got someone, asked he said we are busy, I can find out about it, but are you ready to commit to buy today, I said im not sure maybe or maybe a couple weeks down the line, the response was im not going to waste my time running your credit, and getting your credit pulled for you to not buy it, or get the price, we turn them over too quick I was w... read more
Thank you to Joe and Larry in the service department!!!! My car had some issues and was towed over on a busy Friday with no appointment. By the end of the day, I got a call letting me know that there was a MASSIVE critter nest in my engine. Joe provided me with photos and was so kind and forthright through the whole process. Amazing! Chris and Tony are top notch! That is a lot coming from me. The whole deal took less than a half hour once I walked through the door from start to finish. You can’t beat that! Before I got to the dealership they had to locate this car and went on that day and got it. That does not happen anywhere else! CUSTOMER SERVICE was the best I have ever experienced for a major purchase.
