I felt/ feel like I'm family. These guys are the best. From the Sales guy Bill, the guy who does the Financing John, to the owner Jim. They made me feel like I was family. I can honestly say I have had the best possible experience with Jim True Ford in buying my new car today. As soon as you walk in the door, you are met by kind and caring personnel who really do care and want to make you the best deal possible. I’ve had my fair share of other dealers and I can guarantee I’ll be back when it’s time to buy another car. 10/10 recommend.

My sales lady, Andrea, was very professional and knows her inventory. There was no pressure to upgrade or to do add-ons. When I picked up my new car, she went thru ALL the whistles and bells with me. I may not remember everything but, that is what the manual is for. Andrea called me 3 days after I picked my new car to make sure I was still satisfied and to answer any questions. Jim True, you have a good staff. I will definitely recommend you dealership to my family and friends. 5 star rating..

Jim True Ford is an excellent dealership with great staff! The body shop staff is very professional and worked with my insurance company to make it easier and less stressful for me. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.
If your looking for a new car this is place to go. Good honest no pressure sales like buying a car is supposed to be. Drove home in my 3rd new car from here in 1.5 years. Bought a new Super duty , Focus and now a Flex. The Focus had some issues and Ford corporate turned their nose at us and offered no help. Thank you Jim True, Justin, Bill and Matt for getting us a good deal and helping us out of the Focus. These are some good honest folks to deal with that keep their word.
