0 Star : My Experience Upon picking it up, I noticed the taillight cover hadn't been repaired. I complained to the staff there, and they said they would let me know and get back to me later. I'm concerned because the work isn't finished yet.

5 Star : My Experience Car looks great and paint matches the rest of the car. Problem areas that existed on bumper and trunk before the accident were delightfully fixed with the repair so it looks brand new. Panel alignment looks straight and do not see any issues.

Even though having my car for over a month, no one communicated to me the status or update on the repairs. I would have to make multiple calls and leave messages which were never returned. Every time I would call the receptionist would say that the person is out for lunch or not available and would leave a message to call me back which he never did. 5 Star : My Experience The repair work was excellent. However, when we got the car back, the back half of the interior had not been cleaned. Also, tape residue remained on the rear window and a little bit was still above the doors.
