The staff there was extremely helpful and made sure I was well taken care of. This is why we always recommend them! 5 Star : Customer Service The office staff treated me fantastic! It’s a stressful situation to have your vehicle fixed and it’s terrific to have people that genuinely care about helping you.

I was told that it was on a waiting list and you would try to get it rushed through the next day, which didn't happen. I decided to purchase a new 4 runner, because I didn't have any confidence that it was repaired correct 0.5 Star : Customer Service
