It took 6 WEEKS I have read a lot of the reviews that say that they are very slow and I can to fix my car. They made numerous promises to have it fixed on certain dates and they couldn’t fulfill. I have spent a fortune on rental cars. I will NEVER take my car here again.
My mother-in-law hit a deer with her Taurus. The hood was buckled and the grill broken. I suggested she take her car to Malloy for an estimate. The damage estimate from Malloy was $1700. Her insurance covered the whole repair minus her deductible. Should have been an easy job. Get a new hood, paint it and install the hood and a new grill. When we dropped the car off for the repair we were told it would be finished in a week. Mr hann was very professional and explained the whole process and did not disappoint. Introduced me to the staff and the young lady donna that took care of the paperwork was very pleasant to deal with. I will recommend all my friends. Iv followed mr hann through his career and understand how big of an asset he is to any body shop. He is a treasure. Keep him and appreciate him i recommend to the owners and management
I usually write a review with a good point but this time I would like to take this opportunity to share with other people to prevent bad experience. I absolutely would not recommend Malloy Collision Center at Winchester Virginia to fix your car. I had a car accident in Feb. 27, 2025. I summited a car insurance to MCC General Manager Mr. Hann and I left my car to fix. He stated it would take 2 to 3 weeks to repair. If I could give this shop 0 stars I would. I would not recommend this body repair shop to anyone. Their estimator Mark (General Manager) is completely unprofessional, and his service is atrocious. I am insured with Geico, and their preferred car shops were booking too far out, so I decided to use this shop who was able to get me in a week earlier.
