I usually write a review with a good point but this time I would like to take this opportunity to share with other people to prevent bad experience. I absolutely would not recommend Malloy Collision Center at Winchester Virginia to fix your car. I had a car accident in Feb. 27, 2025. I summited a car insurance to MCC General Manager Mr. Hann and I left my car to fix. He stated it would take 2 to 3 weeks to repair. If I could give this shop 0 stars I would. I would not recommend this body repair shop to anyone. Their estimator Mark (General Manager) is completely unprofessional, and his service is atrocious. I am insured with Geico, and their preferred car shops were booking too far out, so I decided to use this shop who was able to get me in a week earlier. They did a great repair on my vehicle, but I will never be back. Let me explain. No, there is too much. Let me sum up. MCC wants to charge more for labor than your insurance does. This results in the customer getting charged for the difference between their repair bill and what insurance covers. The problem with this is that MCC does not tell you or your insurance about this UNTIL your vehicle is finished and ready for pickup. "Hi, your car is ready, but you have to pay $125 out of pocket. I would not recommend Malloy Collision Center. Our vehicle only needed 2 doors replaced and they took 2 months to finish the vehicle. We were told multiple times the vehicle would be finished within a week. We called to check the status and they said they forgot to order a part. First they forgot the mechanism that controls the windows. Called a few weeks later and they then forgot the door handles so had to order those too.
