He is a low rent sob...He ripped my 90 year parent off . Charged almost $200.00 bucks for a washer he replaced...
2 visits early May, 2013 to our home to relieve a blocked drain, did not resolve the problem, did not guarantee the work when told it would be guaranteed. fees excessive without resolution of the problem, recommendation for unnecessary, extensive work. behavior unprofessional/overly aggressive with our insurance company and most upsetting, wrong!!! took our money and then we incurred additional costs for another plumber who was right for 1/3 the cost in 1/2 the time it took this person to be wrong and without a sense of good... read more
The owner answered the phone and was so grotesquely impolite we wonder why such primitive people are still in the market. The "gentleman" had the education of a spoiled 3-year old boy.Dont count on Jim Strauss plumbing for anything... they dont deserve one cent of your money.
