Very disappointed with this dealer. Made promises they knew they could not deliver. Promised a jeep that did not possess and had not contacted the other dealer at the time. Not professional at all.
Best dealership customer service I've experienced! Sarah Jensen went so above and beyond for us, calling and texting us with updates trying to get our trade in approved. Everyone I had the pleasure of talking with treated us like family, and addressed all our concerns throughout the process. I didn't feel like I was being talked down to, or forced into buying a car that didn't meet my family's needs. I have plans on ordering a wrangler through them soon! May update once we purchase the car.
