Just purchased a 2021 Lincoln Nautilus on Sept 2nd & I absolutely love my car, however this is my experience. I test drove the car & heard what sounded like a moving spare tire in the back as well as a vibration sound coming from the tires. I brought it up to two of the salesmen but they didn't know what I was referring to & it must have been the spare tire that needed adjusted in the back. No problem. I walked in and had the best experience. The receptionist immediately showed me the car I saw online. Gary, the salesman, greeted me, shook my hand, grabbed the keys, and took me for a ride. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, asked how I felt in it, and if I wanted to test drive anything else. I said no, just wanted to show it to my father.
