Poor repair could have cost my life and could have cost my husband his! All true. On 4/18/26 I went to Jim Shorkey Auto Group to have a routine oil change and tire rotation. Upon my arrival, they submitted a list of additional repairs they suggested be done at once totaling $1141.00. I declined the additional repairs to have the assessment done at my dealership and repair shop where I live. I got an oil change and tire rotation as I always do. Terrible business. They do not call you back when you have problems and sell garbage. Bought a truck with worn brakes that they said was just caliper rust and vibrating is now unbearable after weeks. Bought trucks from them before but since the past few years they have gotten cheap and do not care for their customers. Would not recommend buying from them. Especially non RAM vehicles. They gave me a Chevy 1500 that legit broke down. This place is the art of scamming.
