I’d rather just get a bike than deal with this shitty dealership. They add services to your car purchase without telling you, and when you finally find out, everyone acts clueless. It’s ridiculous how they treat customers. I’m done dealing with them.👎
Had a great experience at Jim Shorkey Austintown. Tommy was my sales agent and he was great. He answered all my questions and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the truck. Mike was great in the experience. Both talked with me as a person not just as sales agents. And Justin was helpful also and made sure the experience was top notch. Both went above to make sure this deal was complete and the best for both of us. Thank you guys for a great experience and a great truck.
Bought a car and 24 hours later had it in the shop to get soemthing fixed. Septn 3 out of the first 5 days in the shop getting different things fixed. Sold me a car with a bad transmission also they lied to me when they said there was no crack in exhaust.
