I purchased a nearly-new used car. I shopped and compared online pricing and they had the best deal out there. I didn't haggle on price, just asked for...and received...top KBB value on my very clean trade-in. Traveled about an hour to go there, but worth it. We had a good experience all said and done, Noah in sales was tremendously helpful considering I hadn’t planned on stopping in that day and made a last minute change in plans. He had the Jeep pulled up and cleaned off when we got there and was pretty easy to get in and out. Finance was a breeze compared to some dealerships that try take your entire day just to sign in a couple minutes. Good selection of vehicles on the lot as well.
Waste of time driving an hour for a vehicle listed on their website that's not even at the dealership.
They will get you into a car — they absolutely will. And it may even come with a 90-day dealership warranty. But God forbid you have a major issue, like a faulty transmission. When problems arise, calls go unanswered. I called multiple times and never received a callback. I even walked into the dealership, only to be told the manager was on vacation.
