The steak tasted like nothing, the customer service non existent, total waste of appetite and money. I don't know why anyone would get a sandwich from this place, almost nasty. Many better places, subway makes better sandwiches than this.
Just came from this location and tried it for the first time. As soon as I walked in the entire staff was friendly and very welcoming. The cook was awesome and offered extras and everyone seemed very nice.

I'm not a big cheese steak person and this confirmed it for me, dry, no flavor but the French fries and chocolate shake were awesome!
Jim's Steaks is the best! The one downtown is the best for original atmosphere and needs to be experienced, but the steaks at the Springfield location are just as good and much more convenient when heading to PHL.
Customer service at this location is nonexistent! We spent $30. and our sandwiches were not right. My Husband called and was told, since we live a distance from them, to freeze the steaks until we can bring them back. I called, and talked to Carl, who I was told was the manager. He wanted to know what I expected him to do. Well, Carl, I expect YOU to act like a manager You talked over me; not a good thing! I certainly hope the owner of this location reads his reviews.
People are so nice and I came from Jersey to eat here. It's a nice to eat and clean. I will definitely will come back. Great Job 👍🏼👍🏼
I'm never disappointed with a real Philly cheesesteak from Jim's! They'll put anything you want on it and they have good sweet potato fries!
