Had a issue with Tire Pressure Sensor not shutting off. Turns out somehow ALL the Sensors were messed up, fixed at no cost. Have had vehicle not even a year. �
At first I was excited about purchasing a car through Jim Price I thought my salesman had taken into consideration we were a growing family. However I do not recommend a 2012 Chevy Traverse for a family larger than 4. It has been nothing but a hassle to accommodate my family since we've had our baby last March.
Honestly I won't even consider shopping these dealerships because their commercials YELL at me. They are loud obnoxious commercials and do not entice me to spend my $ at their dealerships.

Chris and I have been bringing our Hyundais to Jim Price since 2001 and they have consistently provided excellent repair service--they diagnose the problem correctly, fix it promptly and charge a very fair price. It's the integrity of a small shop with the resources of a dealer. Jeff Frazier, the long-time service advisor, is a great guy--always going the extra mile for his customers.
