In the drive thru last week and I handed the cashier my card for payment. Instead of swiping it and handling it back,she closed the window.I don't get my card back for about a minute at least and she did the transaction with the window closed. Today I got an unauthorized transaction on my bank account. I would suggest that your employees be monitored very closely for unethical practices.

This is our favorite Jim’s Nick's. The service and staff are exceptional. Janice is friendly and personable. The manager checks on us several times as he passes by.
Janice assisted me. She is so personable. She checked on me more than once. She makes a great bourbon & coke !!! I always look forward to seeing Janice. This Jim 'N Nicks is one of the best (West Homewood, AL). I really enjoy coming here. All employees are so very nice & attentive.
