Absolutely appalled at the service I received last night and I’m not even a customer. I drove from the Chelsea side of Birmingham to this location which took 45mins to even get to, I get to the location and tell them I’m with DoorDash and I have two orders to pick up. I was told someone already picked up one of the two orders I was assigned to that belonged to ME and was assigned under MY dash name. Came in about 30 minutes before closing and figured showing up that late might be a hassle for them, but the service was great from start to finish. They only had a couple things left on the menu that close to closing, but the food was really good, and they more than made up for the limited options with some extra freebies, which was a really nice touch. My server was ivan and he was kind and nice 10/10.
We had a really great experience the other night, and the food was delicious! Even though they seemed very busy, the staff is awesome and the lady making drinks at the bar I think her name is Michelle was making us laugh the whole time. Will definitely return :)
