good food but bad service – I love Jim n NIck's food, but the service is lacking....It takes too long to get refills on the drinks...you are lucky if the waiter comes back to the table.... the beer is never cold and it is almost impossible to get a second drink......after many tries at dining inside and even complaining to the owners regarding poor service, we finally stopped eating there...as much as we enjoyed the food, the poor, slow service drove us away....the few times that we have been back, we ordered take out.......... read more
Why bother? – We've gone here annually for years. It's not the "best place" but it's predictable. Our recent visit for our 17-person group was a disaster. Our waiter was completely "out of it." We understand the challenges of a large group, but he would completely disappear for 15-min at a time. Drinks took 30 min to arrive.
