Update for 2026: Based on my experience a few yrs back related to the review below, I called on Jim Miller again when I was in need of a repair. Again - the initial onsite review / quote process was very smooth. Work was scheduled in no time and the onsite worker was reliable, showed up when expected, and respectful of property and surroundings when completing the work. From thorough inspection and estimate, to prompt scheduling, and job completion--the Miller team excelled. Clean up and dumpster removal also illustrated a company dedicated to keeping customers satisfied. I'm a fan!
I was visited by 6 or 7 roofing companies that insist on a 1 hour sales pitch. Miller just gave me a price that was several thousands lower than any of those frauds. Great job including sub roof repairs. Perfect cleanup.
We had clogged gutters and they were very helpful, came right out and cleared them. Would highly recommend!
The Roofing industry always get a bad rap. On our first house, 30+ years ago we had an absolute nightmare of a company. We were fortunate to find Jim Miller, who had done the roof for my inlaws a few years ago. Our house had a tree land on it in Feb and Jim Boyce from Miller's came right out and immediately patched up the holes so there would be no leaks or further damage while my insurance company dragged out our claim.
