I have never dry cleaned any piece of clothing in my life, but after a trip to New York in December, I decided that my winter wool coat needed to be cleaned. I dropped my coat off by itself for a regular dry cleaning. When I arrived on the date it was supposed to be ready, I was informed that they had lost the belt that cinched my coat and that they were looking for it and for me to come back three days later to see if they had found the belt. Original Post: 1 Star- I’m disheartened to give a negative review, but I feel I’ve given this company ample time to correct the situation. They have lost a pair of suit pants of my husbands and then when we submitted a claim per the local store clerk, they are claiming to not be negligent. We picked up 6 items and 2 were not ours. We brought back 2, retrieved 1 and still missing another. How can they not be negligent?? I would recommend to find another cleaner. This place was recommended many times to me by local patrons.
