Original Post: 1 Star- I’m disheartened to give a negative review, but I feel I’ve given this company ample time to correct the situation. They have lost a pair of suit pants of my husbands and then when we submitted a claim per the local store clerk, they are claiming to not be negligent. We picked up 6 items and 2 were not ours. We brought back 2, retrieved 1 and still missing another. How can they not be negligent?? I would recommend to find another cleaner. This place was recommended many times to me by local patrons.
