I placed an order with Jim Ludwig's florist. They subcontracted the work out because they did not deliver to the area of Pittsburgh that i needed. I paid for a $40 arrangement. The subcontractor sent an arrangement that was more like the $29.99 arrangement shown on Jim Ludwig's website. The arrangement was not nice. I called Jim Ludwig's about the poor service.
