I sent this to their suggestion box. It will do nothing there, but I'll post it here to share my experience and hopefully convince people to steer clear of State Farm! We've submitted a claim with the Texas Board of Insurance. New flash State Farm: People are sick to death of being treated like gum on your shoe. I had been a State Farm customer for decades, so when I needed to renew the insurance on a rental property, I called our local agent, who wrote 3 policies for the 3 different addresses. The policies took effect on June 8th, so I thought I was covered for the next year. Then, in the middle of July they decided those policies didn't meet their "eligibility requirements" and would be cancelled on August 18th. State Farm has been the a nightmare to deal with. They treat their own customers as the enemy and talk to you as if you're a liar and thief. I have never experienced such horrible treatment by any company that I pay! Initially it was the Auto company that I've had 2 unpleasant experiences with; however since the State Farm transition and moving to Dallas, Atlanta, and Phoenix; the Fire company is now just as bad as Auto. Been a client for 20+ years. Have 3 incidents happen in 3 years and then I am dropped from coverage. 1 claim wasn't approved by me, they paid nothing. I now find out they processed it as a claim. Never signed or authorized it. Bad business! I would not advise EVER using State Farm. Horrible company, you pay in and they the bail on you when most needed.

Here at Reform Auto our priority is our customers. Freddie M****** who has been a valued customer of Reform Auto Paint & Body for more than ten years, entered our auto facility on Thursday June 22, 2017 livid with State Farm Insurance. A tenant with State Farm renters insurance caused extensive damage to another apartment. The apartment building was covered by State Farm Insurance, but the claim was filed under the tenant's insurance. The State Farm estimate called for replacing the kitchen counters, but reusing the back splash, even though the back splash pattern is no longer available so the counter and back splash would not match. State farm is not a good neighbor. Their client damaged my vehicle and they did not fix all the damage they're client caused. They low balled the estimate hoping we would just accept the check, we opted to have it repaired, the repairs cost over double the amount they offered us in the check. They said it was prior damage although it was not and refused to fix the damage caused by their client. I would avoid them as an insurer and pray that you don't have a claim with them. This company is very greedy & crooked . After sending me a check for cancellation of my insurance for the 2nd time in 2 months on 4-12-2017 I cashed because i was tired of dealing with the fight to have insurance with them. I went with another company on 4-18-2017 I have not had any problems since then with my new insurance. On 5-22-2017 State Farm deducted $350.90 from my account, this is stealing they cancelled on me & I cashed my return check in agreement of cancellation on me now I have a letter stating that as of 5-26-2... read more
