WASHINGTON RESIDENT AVOLVE THIS DEALERSHIP like it’s the viral plague. The dealership will not sell to WA residents regardless, they are highly discriminatory toward the LGBTQ+ community. I was speaking with someone on the phone, and nothing came out of their mouth that would be supportive of a sale if my life dependent on it. AVOID THE DEALERSHIP if you are looking for a Volvo.
The service department has done nothing but waste my time and money. Car was low miles, under warranty and they can’t fix the AC the hottest summer on record. Keep saying it’s something different, a leak, compressor the next time. Why wouldn’t they check before sending me off 2 times. Third time in 45 days they expect me to drive 90 minutes each way 2x, can’t tell me how long it will be. Have to arrange a babysitter for who knows how long because they don’t have loaner cars t… See more
The best buying experience I've ever had. Shocked to see Jim himself with cleaning gloves and a spray bottle in his hand doing cleaning, but he was. To me that speaks volumes. There isn't a task that's beneath him which isn't very common any longer. I fully recommend them for a pleasurable buying experience.

The repair department staff is really great, but the fact that I can say that from repeat experience, isn’t.. Our Newer Volvo SUV has had repeated, differing mechanical issues and we are utterly fed up with it. People save for a long tome to be able to afford one of these luxury cars and to have it constantly have issues is really disappointing. To add insult to injury, we were given a cheap, tiny rental car with limited mileage. Bad form, Jim FIsher. We will never buy another Volvo.

Finally! A service department that I trust. Chad Goodwin at Jim Fisher Volvo provided the best service ever for my S60. I had several issues with it and needed to have it taken care of before a specific mileage. Chad was informative - explaining everything that could and should be done. Service was quick and my car came back immaculate - washed and ready to go. I have had many cars - from Mercedes to Lexus, Audi, etc. No service department was as accommodating as Jim Fischer. Chad Goodwin has earned my business from now on.
