I went here for some car noises during a busy afternoon last week. An older gentleman greeted me and was eager to help me.We were driving around the block in all but a few minutes. From there he gave me a rough diagnosis, told me there wasn't much wrong with my transmission and then told me some other things to work on in my leisure that would improve vehicle performance. I recently had my trucks transmission repaired here and was blown away by the incredible customer service! They went above and beyond to get me back on the road very quickly! I cant wait to bring another vehicle to them when its time for some service! I highly recommend this shop and will not go anywhere else from here on out! Thanks again everybody there at Jim Dandy's

Excellent service, friendly and honest. They got me right in same day and did a test drive and inspection when I thought my transmission was having issues. Turns out the issue was more of a break in issue and totally normal. Roger spent about a total of 35 minutes with me and they did the inspection and test drive for no charge. They could have done what many shops do: take your vehicle, charge you a $75 or $85 to troubleshooting your vehicle and tell you they will deduct it if you have work done. But they didn't. The transmission went out on my '02 Ford Taurus, Jim Dandy transmission rebuilt it and it worked great for about a year. Then it started making horrible noises every time I turned a corner. I was so upset because I was getting ready to go on a family vacation in that car, and my warranty on the transmission had expired. I thought I was going to have to cancel my vacation. I brought my '03 jetta here for a transmission swap, I'm very pleased with my entire experience with this shop! All of the guys were very friendly and concerned enough to make sure the job was done to the best of their ability. The owner test drove my car to make sure it was up to par and put it through its paces after the repair had been completed. As a single woman, I'm wary of car repair shops, but I will tell you that this is a great place. It was tough to figure out what the heck was wrong with my car, but they kept at it until they got it fixed. They are honest and won't rip you off. Highly recommended!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The entire staff is super friendly and willing to accommodate. I work the same hours a lot of shops are open which could have made it difficult to get my truck fixed. But Tim and owner Rodger were willing to stay after hours to run diagnostics for me. After figuring out the issue they were able to order the part at a great price. They even stayed late the next night to fix it. I would recommend this shop for any transmission needs

Friendly staff really quick turn around these guys get the job done and they call you every step of the way. I would recommend this transmission shop to anyone ive had three of my own and friends never had to bring anything back one stop shop for transmissions

This place is fantastic. Highly recommend them. Roger gave a reasonable price going out of the way to help us knowing my husband is on disability. The whole staff was outgoing and friendly. Roger broke down the transmission while my husband was standing there. He invited my husband who used to be a mechanic to help him put it back in. Can't say enough about Roger and his crew. Thank you Roger.
