I've never left a review for a company before and I certainly didn't think my first would be for an insurance agent, but I felt compelled to write a review after the outstanding experience my wife and I had during our recent renter's insurance claim. We lost nearly everything we owned in a recent apartment fire, but State Farm and, more importantly, Jim and his exceptional staff were there to help from the first phone call to the final check!

Lifetime achiever for State Farm....more importantly....committed to his Policyholders like no one I've known!
Did not help us with our roof when we had clearly visible hail damage inspected by two roofing companies and is currently not helping us with an auto claim of which we were not at fault for.
