I’ve been coming to Jim Click Nissan for years, and Carlos, my service advisor, always takes great care of me and my family. Slow and unorganized: Service office routinely takes days to conduct routine maintenance. Service also failed to give back vehicle which was ready for pick up, resulting in customer having to come back a day later. Office is unorganized and has difficulty locating vehicles which are present for servicing.
Wanting $160 to change a cabin and air filter is just insane...thank God I ain't a dummy and this is a simple job anyone can do...
