Purchased a 2025 Telluride from Jim Click Kia and let me tell you, it was probably one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Our car salesman was Abdul who undoubtedly is one of the kindest most humble human beings I have ever met. He made the whole process of buying the car so effortless and took care of us along the way. Trying to get an appointment within a month time frame is impossible. They don’t answer the phone when you call, the website is confusing when trying to schedule online. No one will call you back. What a joke.
I currently have a car that went in for an AC problem I was told 1200.00 and a day or two after not hearing from anyone after 4 days I was transfered to non existing people and no one calling me back.i finally got a call back saying it would be an additional 900.00 My car is still in the shop for its 15day with another call today no answer and no call back. I am so disappointed.
