Great experience at Jim click Kia with the purchase of my new 2026 Kia sorento. Steve the sales guy was so nice and knowledgeable. Michael and Oliver were also very nice in finance. We are super happy with our new car purchase.
A year ago when I bought my 2025 Kia K4 this dealership couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. My service appt. was the complete opposite. I took my car in because the dashboard has a constant rattle. They kept it overnight as they were so backed up with service calls. I did present my representative (Johnny) with a recording of the noise. The following day I called to check on the status of my car. It's a great dealership. I love my 2022 Kia Sorento. Staff are friendly.
I am a handicap person and was left standing in a empty front desk for over 5 min with no help or asking for my keys, then was sent to the lounge for over 15 min before coming to access me with my oil change.
