I have been consistently proving my friends wrong that their customer service is way exceptional. But now i have had a frustrating experience with them with the major repair on my vehicle which the service team was supposed to provide it in my last two full vehicle diagnosis reports and they haven't. Beware of the service department. We’ve now been back three times for the same oil leak issue, and the overall experience has been extremely frustrating. Sales and service seem to operate like completely separate entities. Sales will happily sell you an extended warranty covering all the bells and whistles, but actually getting issues addressed afterward has been a different story. Johnny in service is the best!!! If you need help with getting your car started he is the guy to see. His communication was on point, he explained everything in detail that I needed and followed up.
