The customer service provided by Rand Albasha was phenomenal! She really took to our needs and desires and even when it looked like we’d hit a dead end, we found a way. The support of the others was very helpful and really felt as if our needs were top priority. If you need a straight shooter type of experience, go see Rand.
Overall experience was great customer service from the moment I arrived. I live 45 minutes out of this Jim Click location and decided to try it because of unsatisfactory customer experience I had with other Kia dealer competitor. This visit was my first time there. Was concerned prior to 100k that the 2016 Kia Optima I bought (new) from here was burning oil (short story, it is and they won't help me). I brought it in 3 times for oil consumption tests at their request. The first time quoted under an hour, took nearly 3 hours. The second time, my service rep John Moses apparently quit mid-day so we never got a callback. I had to call to find it was done hours ago, but they now needed me to do a $300 engine cleaning to be sure that wasn't the issue and I could pick it up tomorrow. Third t... read more
