Great used car experience! I bought a used car at Jim Click Chrysler Jeep. The salesmen I dealt with were wonderful and I got a great deal on the vehicle I bought. I brought it back a few days later to have a problem fixed, they set me up with a loaner vehicle and took care of the problem. Overall GREAT experience! I will definitely be going back next time I am in the market for a new vehicle!
Beware of Jim Click Service I have a 2005 f350 crew cab dually 4x4. Took it in for oil leaks and not starting.I have approximately 2 months left on my warranty.After 2 weeks they called and said it was fixed. Great. Pick it up and it seems to start and run much better. Still leaking. Take it to another shop and they tell me with a visual inspection that it appears to be leaking from a bottom plate. Several thousand dollars to repair. Major repair that involves pulling the cab of the truck. Take it back to Jim Click.They keep... read more
That's Exactly Right Jim Click has been in the car business for as long as I can remember and their showrooms are beautiful. If you're in the market for a car don't forget to stop by...the salespeople are very helpful and knowledgeable.
I Can Get Into A New Car! I bought my Hyundai Elantra from Jim Click about a year ago. It was so nice to be able to get into a new car. I had just experienced a very bad deal with another dealer, and was so happy that Jim Click was able to work with me and my negative equity from my trade-in to get me into a new car. A car with a wonderful 10year/100,000 mile warranty! And they gave me some pretty nice discounts for starting the deal online before I bought it. Surprised, relieved, and a very happy customer!
Jim Click Automotive Group Jim Click car dealers were excellent... at least the one who sold us a brand new vehicle. Now the problem. We bought a brand new vehicle, took it in for a few minor adjustments, and got back a car that had an accident while it was being fixed! We then had to go back another day because they needed to replace the part that was damaged; htey didn't have that part in stock. Good Hyundai dealer I purchased a new Elantra from Jim Click Hyundai and was very happy with the treatment I received. The process was fairly quick and I feel I feel got a very good deal on my new car. In addition, I did not feel pressured and was able to take my time and make sure I was buying the car I wanted. The only pressure came from the finance person who tried to get me to use their financing instead of my pre-approval from my credit union, but it wasn't too bad.
