I expected much better from Ford, especially for a truck that costs this much. My 2021 Ford Raptor has had repeated engine issues, including a flashing check engine light, rough idling, charging system warnings, and multiple trips to the dealership. It’s frustrating to lose confidence in a vehicle that’s supposed to be built for reliability and performance. Miguel was a great service coordinator. We took a 2014 explorer in for a 100k maintenance and I felt I could trust that the service items he recommended were actually needed, plus there were a number of things he said were fine on the vehicle. They did recommend a tire replacement since the tires were over 5 years old and the policy says they cannot fix a tire sensor light if tires >5 years old.(I assume this is a liability issue).
