Jason, the Manager at maintenance service department, has zero costumer service skills or professionalism. I was charged an extra service that wasn’t explained to me as an extra cost, before hand. When asking for clarification of why I have to pay extra -thinking that this was part of my “for life maintenance”-, the service guy said that he told me before, gave me payment options and wrote the amounts on a paper that I signed, that NEVER happened! I bought my 22 F-150 from Jim Click. I have always had great service here. Waits are sometimes long, but my last maintenance for life service was only two hours, which is not that bad. The truck runs great. The Wi-Fi doesn't work for remote start via the phone app, but other than that, I am happy. Also, I experienced the mobile repair today for the first time. Danny was quick to fix my recall and was done in 10 minutes, very professional. I definitely recommend it.
Martin and then Ricardo helped me get my van. They were both very friendly and made it fun and easy. I’m very happy I got to deal with them.
Never thought I would be going there but after my emissions test I found out that my 2004 ford escape had a recall on it. Something to do with the top motor cover and or throttle cable. Couldn't believe it but Jim Click took it in and repaired the problem, 5 stars for the Ford Company.
