I am from out of town and went to Jim Click Ford for an oil service. Pulling in to the service entrance, I was greeted by the concierge and instructed to wait by my vehicle for an advisor. I never have brought my vehicle to have an oil change at the dealership before. But I purchased a vehicle from Jim Click and one bonus was I was given free oil changes with the purchase for rom their dealerships. I bought my truck from Auto mall but this location is more convenient for me. The service advisor lady was rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her bringing my vehicle. Quick, quality service. Sebastian and Eric in the service center at 22nd and Wilmot are top notch. They understand customer service. I am extremely happy with both of them.
