I went for a scheduled appointment, arriving late due to tire issues. Gilbert gave us, in a pedantic manner, the option of leaving the car for "a day or two"... and refused checking the tire.

Went in for my oil change appt. at 9am, I got their at 8:40 am too see if they could have it done a little earlier. My car barely went inside for the oil change. 3 hours is way too long. Not ever coming to this dealership.
