The people are fine, but the system is faulty. As Jim Burke sells a lot of brands the service department (besides being on the street with cars backed up) is a circus. They do not have a shuttle, rather you are dropped off with no pickup. This is unheard of. 20,000 employees at UAB a few blocks away and no pickup service. Next car I buy goes back to a Toyota (Hoover Toyota) or Honda (Tameron) both with shuttle service. And faster service with one brand.
Worst experience ever with a car dealership. Drove 130 miles with a deposit on a new Outback to find the car being sold as I arrived at dealership. I would not recommend them to anyone.
