I have been going to this location since 2019. The customer service from Adam was beyond exceptional and made me come back. However, end of 2025 my splash tray was removed & never replaced after an oil change. (NISSAN HAS BEEN THE ONLY ONE UNDER MY HOOD). So fast forward a squirrel was able to get into my hood & start eating wires. The dealership was rude and seemed uninterested. Basically just c said file the claim under your home or auto insurance.
