I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. When I called the service department, I clearly explained that my vehicle was only slightly over the 24,000-mile limit, and I was told by the service manager that she would take care of it. I made the trip to the dealership based on that assurance. We as customers like to complain but often take the time to compliment & we need to do more of it. I had to go to the parts dept at Hallmark Nissian, downtown Bham I was already frustrated because of the amount of money that I had to spend on the car parts but when this young man name David came to the window he greeted me with a smile & I explained to him my situation he treated me like I was one of his family members he was kind friendly & helpful. I have been going to this location since 2019. The customer service from Adam was beyond exceptional and made me come back. However, end of 2025 my splash tray was removed & never replaced after an oil change. (NISSAN HAS BEEN THE ONLY ONE UNDER MY HOOD). So fast forward a squirrel was able to get into my hood & start eating wires. The dealership was rude and seemed uninterested. Basically just c said file the claim under your home or auto insurance.
