The Jim Burke organization is probably the best ever. I am a retired General Manager of 5 dealerships in LA. from Hyundai (1st two dealerships in CA) to BMW, Lexus and Infiniti. I coukd only wish my stores were as good. I always bring treats. Just to let them know I am grateful for all they do.
Worked with Jim Burke Lincoln and Marisa for about 2 months to find my perfect vehicle while dealing with unavailable inventory outside of our control. Great communication as we worked through my options until we found my perfect fit vehicle!
Nathan was an excellent salesman. He took good care of us. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because there was a small crack on the light on the back of the car. It took too long for Lincoln to get back to us to have it repaired.
Marisa was absolutely amazing from start to finish! When we came to pick up our Lincoln, she went above and beyond to make us feel appreciated and special!
