I was greeted by Rikki who very nice, she explained the process of my car being serviced as it was my first time at Hyundai service department. I really liked the text system while your car is being serviced if you have any questions or concerns. I texted to ask a couple questions and Rikki responded to my questions in a reasonable amount of time. My wait time for my car being serviced wasn't to long even with there being 4-5 people in the waiting area as well.
Everything was done very professionally and they were mindful of my time!! Great organization!!!
